Green Eggs and Ham Treats

Aedan and I got a jump on the Dr. Seuss treats this morning while Emma was in school.  I dropped blobs of almond bark onto waxed paper, and Aedan put the green M&Ms on.  The hams are strawberries coated in Wilton’s green candy coating.

Some of the strawberries are dipped better than others – you really have to make sure they are patted dry!  Overall, though, I am pretty happy with the results.  What else could I have used that was smallish and ham shaped?

I will cut the apples in the morning for the Yertle the Turtles and place them in a bed of something acidic to slow the browning.
